Policy Summary
Our returns and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If this time frame has elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must remain unused and be in the same condition as when they were received. Items should also be in their original packaging.
Certain categories of products are not eligible for return. Items such as perishable goods, including food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or any flammable liquids or gases.
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Customized products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
To successfully complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.
Please refrain from sending your return directly to the manufacturer.
In some circumstances, we can only issue partial refunds:
- Books showing clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records.
- Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Any item returned beyond 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
After we receive your returned product and confirm its condition, you will receive an email updating you on the status of your return. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified period.
Refund Delays
If you haven’t seen your refund yet, start by checking your bank account again.
Next, reach out to your credit card provider as it might take some time for the refund to reflect on your account.
Also, contact your bank since there can be processing delays prior to the refund being displayed.

Discounted Items
Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanging Items
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please send us an email at support@geniusplayful.com.
Gift Returns
If an item was designated as a gift during the purchasing process and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed after we receive the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver had it delivered to themselves for later transfer, the refund will go back to the gift giver, who will then be informed of the return.
Returning Items
To return a product, please mail it to the address provided in your confirmation email.
You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the expense of return shipping will be deducted from your reimbursement.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
For high-value items, you might consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products.
